The data you log belongs to you. Here's exactly what that means, and how to take it with you or delete it.

Everything you log in MomentumShift — meals, workouts, measurements, daily logs, goals and photos — is yours. We use it to power your goal-date estimate and to run your account, and for nothing else. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for third-party advertising. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
Your rights
- Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Export — take your logged data with you in a portable format.
- Correct — fix anything that's inaccurate.
- Delete — remove your account and personal data.
- Object or restrict — limit how we process your data.
We honour these rights for all users, wherever you live.
Export your data
You can request a full export of the data you've logged. We'll provide it in a machine-readable format. Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll send it across.
Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems, except for the limited records we're required to keep by law. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. To delete your account, email [email protected] from your account email.
Make a request
For any data request — access, export, correction or deletion — email [email protected] from the address on your account. We'll confirm your identity and respond within 30 days.
